Notes
VINEYARD: Several parcels planted on clay-gravel and clay-limestone soils.
VINIFICATION: Grapes are manually sorted, and individually vinified. Grapes are non stemmed, semi-carbonic maceration, fermentation of ten days by indigenous yeasts. Spends 15 months in casks and barrels. Lightly filtered before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Dark, earthy and herbaceous - with scents of blackberry, licorice & tobacco on the nose. Red fruit flavors echo on the palate with plum and dark chocolate. Full texture with integrated tannins, that lead to long finish.
