NOTES
VINEYARD: All estate fruit. The stony soils are derived from shale and granite and the slopes softened by the altitude, between 500 and 700 meters, give the vineyards unique characteristics.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards of over 500 meters elevation. Grapes are tank-fermented and left for 6 months on their lees before bottling
