Nebbiolo (70%), Vespolina (30%)

NOTES
FARMING: Organic

SOIL: The soil is layered, with clays on the surface and pebbles and sand underneath.

VINEYARD: The vineyard is located on a natural terrace on top of Briona’s hills.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-harvested in October withe the use of 20kg baskets to preserve the grapes conditions before arriving at the cellar. Aged 24 months in old oak barrels.
