FARMING: Organic

SOIL: The soil is layered, with clays on the surface and pebbles and sand underneath.

VINEYARD: The vineyard “Cravona” which is located in Briona. The vineyard was planted in 2009

VINIFICATION: Harvest started during the first days of September, the grapes were hand-picked and collected in 20 Kg baskets. The yield was 60 q.li/ha. Fermentations are conducted in stainless steel tanks and the aging process happens in neutral wood barrels.
