FARMING: Organic

SOIL: The soil is layered, with clays on the surface and pebbles and sand underneath.

VINEYARD: The vineyard “Cravona” which is located in Briona. .66Ha planted in 1997, and .25Ha planted in 2001.

VINIFICATION: Grapes are handpicked in late September. Short maceration on the skins (5 days) with alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic. All vinification happens in stainless steel.
