NOTES

The botanicals are distilled separately by steam drag into the gin basket and then are mixed. Patagonian botanicals are cold-distilled with a rotovapor. After distillation, the gin rests for 1 month in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The gin is distilled in the Provincia Distillery, located in Alto Colchagua at 1000 meters high at the foot of the Andes.

On the nose, classic notes of juniper stand out along with lemon and herbal touches of basil, rosemary, and rhubarb. On the mouth. the gin has a long journey. It's well integrated alcoholic level allows you to distinguish the floral notes of the paramela next to the white currants. The finish has long persistence with a touch of cinnamon and green chile.
