VINEYARD: Lieux-dit "Perruches", a clay-chalk plot with some flint outcrops on the right bank of the Cher River.

VINIFICATION: Fermented on the lees, and aged 6 months in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES: Mineral nose which opens up after aeration to more floral aromas.
