VINEYARDS: 7.5 hectares spread across the 7 crus in the Valle de la Marne and the Cote des Blancs.

FARMING: Soils are plowed, and there is strict pruning and yield controls.

VINIFICATION: A single harvest blended with 40% reserve wines from cask, with red wine added from Pierry )from Pinot Noir & Meunier). Lightly filtered. Disgorged September 2016 - dosage: 6g/L.
