Notes
VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from the north side of the commune of Bogy, a northeast-/west-facing site which is quite cool and allows for long ripening. Granite subsoils topped by loess.

VINIFICATION: Organically-farmed and certified, manually-harvested. Two-thirds de-stemmed with the final third whole-cluster carbonically-fermented. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months.

TASTING NOTES: Dark fruits, quite supple, with acidity to add lift and liveliness.
