VINEYARD: From vineyards located in the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Ay (Premier Cru) and from the following lieux-dits: Le Chemin du Bois, La Maladrille, Les Basses Clefs, and Les Sept Arpents. Average age of the vines is 22 years. Certified organic (ECOCERT) as of 2012.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest and sorting. Vinification in oak barrels for 4 years on lees. Manual riddling. Extra-Brut dosage between 1-2 g/L. If sulfites used at all, it's at a minimum dosage of 10-20 mg/L.
