FARMING: Sustainable

SOIL: Silty-sandy soils, originating from fluvial and alluvial deposits.

VINEYARD: Located in the municipalities of Lavis and Trento. Vines are planted at 270m above sea level, with a west/south-west exposure.

VINIFICATION:  Soft pressing and static decantation of the must is done before temperature controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for about 5-6 months before bottling.
