VINEYARD: The estate's vineyards are located in Barge in the hamlet Assarti
VINIFICATION: Harvest is carried out by hand, with grapes being place in small 20 kilo boxes. The grapes are de-stemmed and transferred to fermentation vats, with maceration lasting for about 5-7 days under controlled temperature. After a second fermentation, the wine is aged for about 3 months in large, 2500L oak barrels.
