A Mexican interpretation of the original Absinthe recipe, using a combination of Mexican Salvia (sage) and Estefiate (wormwood) extracts along with individually extracted profits from marjoram, white mint, lavender and rosemary all coming together ignite the soul and brighten moods. This Green Absinthe recipe is one of time and patience, it includes 45 days maceration and a 15-day infusion. Each ingredient is isolated and extracted individually. The recipe is made up of a combination of measured ingredients steeped in high-proof cane spirit and allowed to merge and stabilize to leave you with a harmony of rich, pungent, herbaceous and bitter green Absinthe.
