VINEYARD: Sun-drenched vineyards in the foothills of the Haardt Mountains: Ellerstadter Kirchenstück, Deidesheimer Hofstück, Dürkheimer Feuerberg. The loess clay and gravelly alluvial soils present offer an optimal nutrient supply and thus the basis for healthy vines.acerate for 6 weeks. After pressing, the orange wine is aged in old 1000L foudre barrels for another 6 months. It is then bottled with no prior filtration and no sulfur additon at any stage of the process.
