NOTES
VINEYARD: Planted in 1975 on calcareous/clay soils in the coastal Catalán mountain range (estate vineyards lie between 400 and 800m asl) in Alt Penedés. The significant diurnal swing is favorable for a slow maturation of the fruit, thereby preserving acidity.
VINIFICATION: Seventy percent skin-maceration, 30% carbonic maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with fine lees contact for 3 weeks.
