Occidental Mezcal Oaxaca uses only organic agave from the highlands of Zimatlán de Álvarez, at an altitude of 2,400 meters above sea level. Production combines traditional and modern methods, such as roasting the agave in earthen pits, mechanical milling, fermentation in wooden tubs and distillation in copper stills.
Herbal and floral aromas accompany this mezcal, which has a soft texture, robust smoke and ends with a salty touch. Enjoy alone, with orange slices and worm salt, or in cocktails.
