NOTES
VINEYARD: Vines planted on .34Ha with south/southwest exposure on clay-limestone, sandy soil.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest in mid-October. Temperature-controlled maceration on skins for three weeks. Aged in stainless steel for 4 months then transferred to neutral oak barrels for two years. Bottled the first month of the 3rd year following harvest then rests in bottle for another 3-4 months before release.
