VINE AGE: 15 years

VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from the 148 acre vineyards in the Los Sauces region of Mendoza, which sits between 3,280 - 4,074ft above sea level.

SOIL: Sandy and stony

FARMING: Sustainably farmed. High espalier trellis system.

VINIFICATION: Hand harvested grapes undergo a pre-fermentation maceration at 46 degrees F. The wine sees 5 months in 3rd use oak barrels, 70% French oak and 30% American.

TASTING NOTES: The wine has a deep, concentrated red color with purple hints. It is a very expressive wine with ripe, fruity aromas of plum and cherry, as well as notes of chocolate. Soft and round on the palate with velvety and mature tannins; it has a well balanced and full-bodied long finish
