VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from the Quercigh Vineyard; 4.69 hectares on hilly lands facing south/southeast at an altitude of 130-240m above sea level.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in oak barrels followed by 11 months maturation, with an additional 6-12 spent in bottle before release.
