SOILS: Eocene marl soil

VINEYARD: Lanzano, a 1.5ha plot located in the hills to the northeast of Lonzano in the province of Gorizia. East/southeast exposure with an average vine age of 50 years.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels preceded by a one-day skin maceration; local yeasts. Aged on its lees for at least three months with frequent batonnage.
