SOILS: Eocene marl soil
VINEYARD: Grapes are grown in the Cjasgnet Vineyard; 1 hectare facing south/southwest at an altitude of 150-200m an in the Puoje Vineyard - 1 hectare facing south/southeast.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Fifteen to 20% of wine is matured in barrel for 12-18 months, with an additional year spent in bottle before release.
