SOILS: Eocene marl soil
VINEYARD: Grapes are farmed on two vineyards owned by the family: Vescul; 3 hectares, facing southwest at an altitude of 130-150m above sea level and Quercigh; 2.5 hectares, lying on hill slopes, facing south/southeast at an altitude of 130-240m above sea level.
VINIFICATION: Maceration for at least one day, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, static and natural decantation, storage on lees for 3 months with frequent batonage. Aged in barrique (25% new), with an additional 6 months of aging in bottles before release
