NOTES

ORCHARD: Unique, individually-picked, New York State grown apples. This blend is based on the sustainability of private and local orchards.

MILLING/PRESSING: Fermented in in both American and French oak barrels for 10 months.
Each batch is pressed, fermented, painstakingly-blended, aged and bottled with care. Batches are made once a year, and batch-to-batch have their own unique characteristics based on the growing season, the cider varieties blended and style of fermentation utilized.
