NOTES

ORCHARD: Unique, individually-picked, New York State grown apples.

MILLING/PRESSING: Slow, cold-fermented in stainless steel barrels on DV-10 yeast.
Each batch is pressed, fermented, painstakingly-blended, aged and bottled with care. Batches are made once a year, and batch-to-batch have their own unique characteristics based on the growing season, the cider varieties blended and style of fermentation utilized.
