Summary
Distilleria Erboristica Alpina was born in 1977 from the union of four liquor makers/distilleries in the Turin area, who decided to join forces and create a single structure - headquartered in the outskirts of Susa, Piedmont. One of them had been producing liqueurs since the early 1900s, and another is from one of the many families that produced Vermouth in Turin in the 1950s.
In close cooperation with local alpine herb growers, the Destilleria Erboristica Alpina today creates a series of unique digestifs and spirits. They attach great importance to the use of raw materials from the region. In the production of their spirits and digestifs, traditional recipes are maintained and further developed. The company works closely with local producers of honey, herbs and fruits to ensure the highest quality and authenticity of its products.
The Destilleria Erboristica Alpina is proud to continue the tradition of Piedmont and at the same time break new ground. With passion and craftsmanship, unique spirits and digestifs are created that perfectly capture the aromas and flavors of the alpine herbs.
