Not Another Vermut
NOTES
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries - in Turin, the Italian capital of the Belle Époque times - one symbolic product stood out, the Vermouth, an iconic union between the distilling art and the flavors of Italy.
The design of the packaging was created to go beyond the historical stereotype that is usually represented with coats of arms or aristocratic characters. The designers have chosen to abandon the confines of tradition, color outside the lines, and remind folks that sharing a drink with friends should be a source of amusement, complicity, and seduction.
Not another Vermut is a product that is created by balancing selected Pinot Grigio from Veneto with fine herbs and spices from near and far, such as chinotto, cherry, chamomile, dittany, yarrow, wormwood, tarragon, pink pepper, nutmeg, rhubarb, and licorice.
Ideal for drinking neat, but in cocktails from the most classic to the most creative, this vermouth ensures an additional layer of complexity without making the finished product too sweet. The balsamic notes, given by the infusion of chinotto, provide the base for a perfect aperitivo when served simply on ice, with an orange peel and olive.
