NOTES
VINEYARD: Two vineyards in Lodi and Mendocino. Both vineyards are Lodi Rules-accredited. Lodi Rules is America’s original sustainable winegrowing program aimed at responsible farming practices - from reducing pesticide use by utilizing integrated pest management systems, encouraging biodiversity, practicing stewardship, building organic matter and maximizing water penetration, to ensuring generational farming for years to come. While the original rules were codified for Lodi winegrowers, today, there are over 1,200 vineyards certified under the LODI RULES program all over California, in Washington, and in Israel.

VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel to complete MLF, then transferred to age in a combination of mostly American oak and 10% French oak.
