NOTES
VINEYARD: Crow Valley Vineyard. Planted to 40 year old vines in the South Valley of Willamette. Completely dry farmed, and sustainable practices employed.

VINIFICATION: The nose is gorgeous- Asian pear, white gumdrop, lemon verbena and lemon grass. Explosive aromatics, but not over the top like some Gerwürztraminers can be. It’s balanced, refreshing and begs for spicy and fatty foods.
