VINEYARD: 15 hectares in the area Colli Bolognesi zone. Vines are between 6 and 15 years old.
VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation occurs in cement tank. Malolactic follows at 18C. Continued aging in cement vats and stirred weekly until bottling.
