FARMING: Sustainable
SOIL: Volcanic origins with tuffa characteristics
VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Torrecuso countryside, between 400-500m above sea level.
VINIFICATION: Hand picked grapes are lightly pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: This bright yellow wine has fruity and mineral characteristics, with hints of floral notes that are well harmonized between them. Excellent with fish, but also with medium-aged cheeses accompanied by honey and assorted jams.
