FARMING: non-certified organic
SOILS: mix volcanic “tufo,” mineral-rich and well-draining, with limestone subsoils
VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from vineyards on the "Vadiaperti" and "Toppole" estates, in the Montefredane countryside - 400m above sea level.
VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested. Full-cluster press; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged in tank on fine lees.
