SOIL: Volcanic origins with tuffaceous characteristics
FARMING: Sustainable. Spurred rope and Guyot pruning
VINIFICATION: Hand picked grapes are lightly pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks..
TASTING NOTES: Medium-bodied, with lovely fruit and great acidity, it's a refreshing and textured, with a chaser of ginger and clove notes. Featuring peach and pear, with yellow fruit, apricot and persimmon, a touch of pink grapefruit, and a smoky minerality drawn from the volcanic soils of the area.
