VINEYARD: Ver Sacrum's own .5 hectare planted in 2012 at an altitude of 3800ft asl

VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand harvested. Native yeast fermentation in 400L open top plastic bins, and when finished, transferred to 50% clay amphora and 50% 3rd use French oak. There are no corrections, filtration, or pump overs. 150cs produced.
