Notes
VINEYARD: The grapes for Roto are sourced from a ten-hectare vineyard tucked inside the Maule Valley. The Maule Valley is a rolling, green landscape spanning Chile's countryside from the Andean foothills to the Pacific Ocean. Maule's Secano Interior (dry farmed vineyards) has been at the cradle of Chilean viticulture for over five centuries.

VINIFICATION: The vines are dry farmed, which is possible in the Maule Valley because of the winter rains. After the manual harvest, the wines are made with low sulfur, native yeast and finished in concrete vat with a short time in oak. The wine is made sustainably, as the practice evolves toward full organic viticulture.

TASTING NOTES: This wine evokes hints of mulberry, plum and violets.
