VINEYARD: The 20 year old grapes grow on a clay soil in Kamptal, at about 350m asl.
VINIFICATION: Following the manual harvest, the fermenting juice is bottled and left with the yeasts and the natural sugar so that the fermentation continues in the bottle and produces natural carbon dioxide. It is a very natural way to produce sparkling wine - without any additives.
