VINIFICATION: The hand-picked grapes are transported quickly to the cellar, where grapes are subjected to strict quality control; only fully ripe, undamaged grapes are fed through the press. Grapes are gently whole cluster pressed and then fed into stainless steel tanks for temperature controlled fermentation.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red with violet lights, this Zweigelt is medium-bodied, with a cherry scent and an intriguing spice note. The palate is smooth with mild tannins, and lovely mouthfeel. Pairs well with ham, sausages and cold meats, as well as hard cheeses.
