NOTES
VINIFICATION: Sustainable and low impact - with minimal use of pesticides and herbicides. Ten months in used oak barrels, then aged in bottle until release. Released in Fall of 2020

TASTING NOTES: The 2015 Pinot Noir embraces the warmer Oregon Pinot Noir: extremely persistent pretty and well balanced with signature spiciness. This lively wine has beautiful deep dark cherry, boysenberry and pomegranate fruit flavors. A finish of white pepper and other spices linger on the palate.
