VINIFICATION: Manual harvest. Total de-stemming without crushing, fermentation in open tank, with the 3 varieties fermented separately, all with spontaneous yeasts. Arinto and Fernão Pires with skin maceration and barrel fermentation. Moscatel with full tannage (orange wine style). Part of the lot staged in used French oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel.
