SOIL: The vineyard site at sea level has soils rich in limestone. The high elevation vineyard has medium textured soils with clay deposits.
VINEYARD: Grapes are sourced from two vineyard sites. One site is located at sea level, with the other being of high elevation
VINIFICATION: The grapes are vinified in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 8-12 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured for about 8 months. About half the production is aged in wooden barrels and the other half in steel.
