Viñas Viejas de Pegaso
Summary
Pegaso is the story of a rebirth, of a town with abandoned vineyards that return to show their extraordinary potential. Cebreros is a passing town, a point that separates the north from the south, the imperial road and the royal gorge cross it. There is the hillside of Arrebatacapas with its slate soils, and some impressive Grenache vines recovered in 1999. Other vines were added to them in granite soil. Both with a unique and extreme microclimate, that of the Sierra de Gredos, which by the hand of the famous Telmo Rodríguez translates into exceptional wines.
